                                                                TERMS AND CONDITIONS                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Customer has inspected the Restroom Trailer and has deemed it in good condition, The Lessee has also deemed it appropriate for their needs.      

  Customer will not make any altercations to the Restroom Trailer unless granted permission to do so by a PRIVY Representative.

  Customer will IMMEDIATELY notify PRIVY if Restroom Trailer becomes unsafe or in disrepair. Customer will discontinue use at this time.  Ken (989) 721-0680   

  Customer chooses the site for set up of the Trailer and accepts all responsibility in connection with that choice of location. Customer quote is based on easy access to the site, Firm and level ground. Trailers are inoperable at extreme inclines, Privy may deem a location unacceptable.

  Without prior written consent from a Privy Representative, the Customer will not assign this agreement or any rights or obligations hereunder, and will not transfer possession or control of the Restroom Trailer. 

  The average set up time is approximately 2 hours, if through no fault of the driver the set up takes longer than 2 hours (site is not ready) you may incur additional charges payable by credit or debit card. (credit, debit or any electronic money transfers please ADD an additional 3%)

  Lessee is responsible for cost of replacement and repairs due to carelessness, vandalism, theft, fire, accidental damage or riot and agrees to return Restroom Trailer to PRIVY executive restrooms in delivered condition. Ordinary use and normal wear accepted. 

  If the Lessee fails to make any payment or fails to perform any obligation hereunder, PRIVY may apply your 20% deposit and may peruse all remedies available by law, or in equity, including termination of the rental agreement without notice, repossession of the Restroom Trailer without legal process, and recovery of all sums due hereunder. Such remedies shall be cumulative. Customer shall pay PRIVY all costs of recovery of the Restroom Trailer.

  PRIVY is not to be held liable for the performance of the Restroom Trailer with temperatures at or below freezing, or any climate/weather/  conditions beyond their control.
